These terms govern your use of the Mirakilouz Beatz website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You may browse the Service as a guest, but purchasing beats, booking a studio session, or accessing order history requires an account. You're responsible for keeping your password and any enabled two-factor authentication method secure, and for all activity under your account.

Purchases & licensing

Beats are sold under the license terms shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership of the underlying composition to you — it grants you the usage rights described in that specific license. All beats remain protected by copyright law.

Studio bookings

Booking a studio session reserves a real-world time slot and, depending on the package, may require a deposit or full payment in advance. Session availability, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are as communicated at the time of booking.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paystack's own terms of service for the payment itself. Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience; the underlying charge is processed as described at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent security features (including two-factor authentication); upload content you don't have the right to upload; use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service. Any comments or other content you post must follow our Community Guidelines — by creating an account or posting on the Service, you agree to follow them. Copyright concerns are handled under our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account) or via our web-based deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
