Community Guidelines

Mirakilouz Beatz is a place for producers, artists, and fans to discover and discuss music. These guidelines apply everywhere you can post — video comments, replies, and any other community feature — in the app and on the website. Violating them can lead to content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity and history.

Not allowed

• Harassment or bullying — targeting another person with abusive, demeaning, or repeated unwanted contact.
• Hate speech — attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Threats or incitement to violence — against any individual or group.
• Sexual content — sexually explicit material or content sexualizing minors, which is never tolerated under any circumstances.
• Spam — repetitive, unsolicited, or purely promotional posting, including bot-driven activity.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, artist, or the Mirakilouz Beatz team.
• Copyright infringement — posting or promoting content you don't have the rights to. See our Copyright & Takedown Policy.
• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to bypass moderation — creating new accounts to evade a suspension, or otherwise circumventing enforcement action.
• Repeated abuse — a pattern of any of the above, even if individual instances are minor.

Reporting and blocking

If you see content or a user that violates these guidelines, use the "Report" option available on comments and profiles in the app. Reports go to a human moderator — nothing is automatically removed from a single report. You can also block another user at any time from their profile or from Settings; blocking hides their comments from your view without notifying them.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity and your history, moderators may hide or remove content, issue a warning, temporarily suspend your account, or permanently disable it. Repeat or severe violations — including repeated copyright infringement — will result in permanent suspension.
