Copyright & Takedown Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Mirakilouz Beatz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses the Service to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, how the person who posted it can respond, and what happens to accounts with repeated infringements.

Filing a copyright complaint

If you believe content on Mirakilouz Beatz infringes your copyright, submit a copyright complaint. To be valid, your complaint must include:

  • Your name and contact information (email address, and company name if applicable).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The URL of the specific content you believe infringes your rights.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic signature (your typed full legal name).

Submitting a false or bad-faith complaint may expose you to liability. We review every complaint before taking any action — filing one does not automatically remove anything.

Counter-notices

If content you posted was removed in response to a complaint and you believe it was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notice from the status page linked in your complaint confirmation. A valid counter-notice requires you to be signed in, and includes a good-faith statement that the material was removed by mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where Mirakilouz Beatz operates. We do not automatically restore content after a counter-notice is filed — a moderator reviews every counter-notice and both parties are notified of the outcome where appropriate.

What to expect

A moderator reviews every complaint and counter-notice. We aim to respond within a few business days. You'll be notified by email when your complaint or counter-notice is resolved, and you can check its status at any time using the link we send you.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with a pattern of copyright infringement — whether uploading infringing content or repeatedly filing bad-faith complaints — are subject to warnings, suspension, or permanent termination, in line with our Community Guidelines.
